Allendine is a tiny hamlet close to Mordentshire. There, Alanik Ray, Arthur Sedgewick, and Laurie Weathermay-Foxgrove encountered and cornered Toben the Many in an old orphanage. Laurie questioned Toben on the walking dead, but paid a good price for it.[1] Toben had caused all of the children to rise as his hosts, but they were all destroyed by Laurie and company. However, Toben learned much about Laurie's psychology including her purpose of speaking with him.[2]
