Arbora is a large town located within the far southern part of Nova Vaasa.[1][1.8]

The remote, frontier location of Arbora (the closest community of notable size being the Hazlani town of Sly-Var) gives the town a proudly independent character. It does, however, have access to the recently arisen Nocturnal Sea.[1.9]
For his part, Duke Tunch Chekiv imposes few demands upon the town other than upholding Prince Othmar's decrees and collecting taxes.[1.10]
