Port-a-lucine is the capital city of Dementlieu. The city's fine art and culture is the default image foreigners think of Dementlieu. Built upon Lucine Bay, it is also a major port to the Sea of Sorrows.[1]

The quarters of Port-a-Lucine surround the Ste. Mere des Larmes (see below).
- Quartier Marchand (Merchant's Quarter) to the northeast
- Quartier Ouvier (Worker's Quarter) to the southeast
- Quartier Publique (Goverment Quarter), surrounding the Rue du Soleil and extending to the Place de Léon by Lucine Bay
