Rivalis is a small cit located in Darkon within the Forest of Shadows north of Lake Placid. Its proximity to Lamordia allows Rivalis to serve as a bridge for trade and travel from Lamordia to Darkon and vice versa. Rivalis also holds a large majority halfling population.[1]

Rudolph van Richten's childhood home of Richten Haus was located there. Galf Kloggin operates out of the nearby forest.
