A dwarven immigrant to the city-state of Pirie, and an outlander, the industrious Reiley Virtanen is held up by the city state as one of its success stories. Along with her partner Ithella, she has settled and become a fairly-well-loved lietnent in the military, being granted a Countess-hood for actions in thwarting a Darkonian assassination plot on the High Count.[3]
