Shaithis Vosrovna was the burgomaster of Teufeldorf. During her time in office, she manipulated naïve adventurers into slaying a local Vistana, at once abusing her authority and violating the law of the land. In 753 BC, Count Strahd von Zarovich personally oversaw her execution, which, if precedent holds, would be by decapitation.[1]
