Rivalis is a small cit located in Darkon within the Forest of Shadows north of Lake Placid. Its proximity to Lamordia allows Rivalis to serve as a bridge for trade and travel from Lamordia to Darkon and vice versa. Rivalis also holds a large majority halfling population.[1]
