The Empire of Nova Vaasa is a large arid land in the eastern reaches of the Core, comprising largely of a collection of city-states that grew up around commuter towns. It is ruled by an aristocracy, the head of which is Prince Othmar Bolshnik, whom broke the tradition of term-based stewardship and has held onto power since.
